You Take Control

We can all feel overwhelmed sometimes.  Anxiety is like an alarm.  This can be a normal flight or fight response telling you to avoid a specific danger and this keeps you safe.  The alarm could also be saying that you need to grieve the loss of what you have no control over or it may be that you want something enough to fight through the anxious discomfort.  What ever the reason for your ANXIETY, if it is getting in the way of you being able to function in your day to day life, then now may be the right time to look for support. Together we can explore effective ways to deal with your anxious thoughts (ruminating), your physical symptoms and find coping strategies that will help you in the long term.
