You Take Control

We can all feel overwhelmed sometimes.  Anxiety is like an alarm.  This can be a normal flight or fight response telling you to avoid a specific danger and this keeps you safe.  The alarm could also be saying that you need to grieve the loss of what you have no control over or it may be that you want something enough to fight through the discomfort.  What ever the reason for your anxiety, if it is getting in the way of living the life you want, then it is time to address it.

You may be experiencing:

  • Panic and fear

  • Pounding heart

  • Tightness in your muscles

  • Numbness in your fingers and toes

  • Dry mouth

  • Butterflies in your stomach

  • Trouble with your breathing

  • Feeling dizzy or sick

  • Sweaty or cold hands and feet

Don’t delay and contact me for a time to meet.
